All classes

SHF:s (Swedish Handball Federation) competition rules, and addendum for children and youngsters  ( TBBU),  is applicable with the following additions and clarifications:

  • A list of the players must be filled in before the teams first match via the team account at  www.irstablixten.se. The players date of birth is entered with 6 digits. The players should be able to prove their age on request.
    The list of players is valid during the whole tournament.
  • Age exemptions granted by the organizer should on request be shown to referee or court official.
  • Teams that not show up in time to a match looses that match with resultat 10 – 0.
  • The home team specified in the match schedule should provide an approved ball for the match (not for class U09) and starts the game in the first half.
  • The away team change shirts if both teams have the same color.
    Note! The color of the keeper's shirt should be different from the outfielders'. It is allowed to use vests to get a different color.
  • In matches with lowered bars (U11-U10) the complete area of the bar is defined as bar.
  • Teams that leave walk over or not fulfill the tournament are disqualified and are charged a fee of 1000 SEK per unplayed match.
  • Teams that leave an ongoing match are disqualified from the tournament and are charged 1000 SEK per unplayed match (including the ongoing match) or minimum 2000 SEK.
  • Following one specific player ("punktmarkering") is not allowed in any class.
  • In U14-U09 substitution is only allowed when the team has the ball in possession.
  • In U16-U12 a player may only participate in one team per class and maximum in two classes.
  • Adhesive and different kind of sprays are only allowed in Expandia Arena (A- och C-court), Kristiansborgshallen and Mälarenergi Arena court B, and only for classes U16.
  • The match clock are only stopped on serious injuries. The referee exclusively decides the seriousity of the injury.
  • Team timeout is not allowed in the tournament.
  • Suspension time is two minutes in all classe, except U09.
  • Two red cards in the tournament on the same player or leader automatically entails disqualification in the next match. See additional information in the punishment section below.

Balls
The home team in each match provides an approved ball, except for class U09 where the organizer provides balls.

Referees
Two referees in all classes except U09.

Punishment
Blue card (red card with referee report) or report on inappropriate behavior after a match: The tournament jury decides penalty and the number of matches for disqualification. The organizer also sends a report to the teams local federation. 

Two red cards in the tournament on the same player or leader automatically entails disqualification in the next match.

Protests
Protests are, referring to TBBU, notallowed in matches for youngsters and are thus not accepted in Irstablixten. Refer to  Tävlingsbestämmelser för barn- och ungdom paragraph 1:17.

Loan of players between teams

For U16 - U12
For ranking at equal points in a group for two or more teams the ranking is decided by in turn:

  • Mutual result between the actual teams (1: points, 2: goal difference)
  • Total goal difference
  • Most goals scored
  • Lottery

Upon draw in play off the winner is appointed by in turn:

  • Golden goal, max 5 minutes. The game is started by a referee's throw.
  • Penalty throw. Three throws each. Not the same player. The home team starts.
  • One penalty throw each until a winner is appointed. Allplayers in the team should throw a penalty before the team can start over.

U09
The matches are played in accordance with the SHF recommendations for small court handboll. Refer to  Regler för minihandboll .
