The registration fee is payed via swish, credit card, invoice from Klarna or to our bank account.
Klarna offers invoice that should be payed within 30 days.

If you choose bank account the fee should be payed within 10 days (and not later than 1:st February for teams that register after 21:st January), to

Important! Be sure to supply your registration ID as reference at payment.

The registration is accepted when the fee is available on our account.
Teams that at registration are placed on the wait list should not pay any fee directly but wait until the registration is confirmed.

The registration fee is not refunded if the team cancels the registration.
When the team groups are published a cancellation fee of 1000 SEK/team is charged if the registration is cancelled. After 1:st March the cancellation fee is 2000 SEK.

All teams must, for all players and leaders, order any of the participation cards provided by the tournament.
The cards should be ordered and payed not later than 2026-03-01. If payed or ordered later (only if accomodation then is available) a higher fee is charged.
Note! We can unfortunately not provide accomodation for accompanying parents as the number of guests is limited.

Registrations
The registration is conclusive. I.e. the registration fee is not refunded at cancellation. The registration fee is payed at registration time via Klarna, bank account or swish. If bank account or swish is used the fee should be payed within 10 days after registration, and not later than 1:st February for teams that vregister after 21:st January. If a class is filled the payment date determines the order of acceptance.

Participation card
All players and leaders in a team should have a participation card in any of the categories A-E, V or U9. The cards should be ordered and payed not later than 1:st March.
Single cards may (if accomodation still is available) be ordered after 1:st March to a slightly higher price. Please refer to INFO on Irstablixten.se.
Teams that, despite reminder, don't order and pay participation cards may be cancelled from the tournament and replaced by teams from the wait list.

Cancellations
Teams that cancels their registration after the team groups have been published are charged a cancellation fee of 1000 SEK. After 1:st March the cancellation fee is 2000 SEK.
Teams that leaves walk over or leaves an onoing match are disqualified from the tournament and are charged with 1000 SEK per unplayed match (including the ongoing match), or at least 2000 SEK. The organizer may under certain circumstances allow exceptions.
For participation cards cancelled after 1:st March 2026 the fee is refunded minus an administration fee. Refer to INFO at irstablixten.se. For teams staying at a hotel or in chalets at Rocklunda village we might also have to charge the hotels cancellation fee.
For cancellations made after 20:th March no refund is payed.
Refund is payed after the tournament

Player list and exemptions
Exemptions are applied by reporting the teams complete player list in the team account not later than 13:th March.
If no exemption is required the list should be reported not later than 20:th March.

Cancellations may, for registrations that not yet have been accepted, be done via the team account. If you need to cancel a team that has been accepted please use the mail function in your team account or send a mail to spelprogram@irstablixten.se.
