Accommodation in schools

Sleeping bag and air mattress should be brought. At least one leader shall sleep together with the team in each room. Visiting club is economically responsible for any damage caused by the team members.

Note! The fire department in Västerås has, for safety reasons, very strictly rules for the maximum number of persons that are allowed to sleep in a room. Be thus sure that in advance contact the Irstablixten organizer if you want to extend the number of participants in a team. We can not guarantee we are able to  provide accommodation for late registered participants but will of course do our best.

The availability time for the schools varies between  15:00 -  17:15 (refer to School accomodation)  and they should be evacuated not later than 15:00 on Sunday.  The rooms should then be cleaned and restored to their original condition. Contact the accommodation host team for inspection.

With respect to teams with early matches the accommodation should be silent at 23:00. The doors are closed 24:00 on Friday and Saturday.

Hotel 

Accomodation in 2-4 bed rooms. There are also a few single rooms available Reservation of hotel is made via the team account where available rooms and prices are listed. The prices depends on the hotel charge. Breakfast is included.   Participation card B is included in the hotel price (one card per bed) and should not be ordered separately.

Chalets

We can also offer accommodation in chalets at Rocklunda Village. There are 20 chalets available for the tournament with 8 beds in each chalet. Chalet reservations are made via the team account where also the number of currently available chalets is found. breakfast and bed linen is not included but may be ordered extra from the chalet owner.
