Eachplayer and leader should have one of the participation cards listed below to be allowed to participate in the tournament. The cards should be ordered and payed not later than the 1:st of March 2026. Single cards may, in case of availability, be ordered later but to a slightly higher price. See below.

The following fees and coverage are valid for 2026.

1) Included in hotel price. Automatically included in an hotel reservation. The reservation is made from the team account at irstablixten.se and is available from 2043 SEK/participant.
2) 470 SEK/card is refunded if single cards are canceled. If the number of hotel rooms is affected we also have to charge the cancellation fee from the hotel.
3) Shouldbe ordered by all participants (not accompanying parents) staying in the chalets in Rocklunda village and teams that only want to order meals without accommodation. Breakfast is not included in the fee for the chalets but may be ordered directly from the village owner.
4) Only available for class U9. Includes accommodation for one night (Saturday-Sunday) and meals from Saturday lunch. 

Transportation with the Irstablixten buses

This is notincluded in the participation card fee but may be ordered as an addition for all types of participation cards. The price for the addition is 170 SEK/person. Most of our schools are notlocated on a walking distance from the tournament courts so if the teams have not arranged for transportation on their own we strongly recommend that the bus addition is ordered.

Reservation and payment

Reservation of participation cards, hotel rooms and chalets are made from the team account at irstablixten.se.

After the 1:st of March the fees are preferably payed via Swish to number  123 0511 261, otherwise via credit card or Klarna. The fee is then slightly higher. See above.

Cancellations

For participation cards that are cancelled after the 1:st of March 2026 the fee is refunded minus a cancellation fee. See table above for detailed information.

For cancellations made after the 20:th of March no refund is made.

If cancelled due to sickness or injury the total fee is always refunded if a medical certificate is provided. If  number of hotel rooms  or chalets is affected the hotel or chalet cancellation fee might be kept.

Refund is made afterthe tournament.
